Asus Zenfone Max Pro: In 2018, Asus surprised. The company has released a powerful phone with a bigger battery, and the cost is one of the cheapest, even for the line of budget smartphones. We are talking about Zenfone Max M1 Pro ZB602KL. It is marketed as a game with the appropriate slogan – “Live playing” and accurately hitting the target that phrase. Technical characteristics allow to perfectly cope with any games or active use throughout the day:
- Snapdragon 636 chipset from Qualcomm;
- frameless 6-inch screen with plenty of brightness at 450 CD/sq. m;
- battery 5000 mAh;
- 3/4 GB or 32/64 GB of permanent memory;
- graphics coprocessor Adreno 509;
- 85% NTSC capture;
- 5-magnetic speaker with smart sound amplifier NXP;
- FULL HD+ screen with a resolution of 2160х1080 pixels.
Interestingly, sleek and durable all-metal casing in a thickness of 8.45 mm and the weight of the smartphone is only 180 g. the Color of solutions of three – silver, blue and dark blue. Connectors for two SIM-cards and micro-SD card, up to 2TB made in a separate slot on the left side of the phone.
For the operating system selected Android 8.1 Oreo without additional shells. This means that the updates users will get directly from Google, and each can be configured by installing the required applications.
The phone has two front-facing cameras combined into a single module. The main on 13 MP, optional – 5 megapixel with the ability to blur background on portrait shots. It supports video recording in 4K/Ultra-HD. The front camera is 8 MP with the 85º field of view.
It is also noteworthy that ASUS went to meet customers and specifically for the Indian market have added to the smartphone NFC module, with which you can easily implement contactless mobile payments and a number of other useful actions.
On the front panel mounted 2.5 D protective glass, but for extra protection, you can buy a case to your liking:

- purse stand;
- plastic or silicone;
- as a horizontal book.
At the conclusion of the review, we noted that ASUS really unique phone in this price range that is clearly the leader in their characteristics. It combined great – powerful battery, top performance, loud sound and a pretty good camera. Competitors will have to work to provide a decent alternative.
