Unusual coffee recipes: Winter is coming – a time when simple coffee is no longer able to wake you up for work. Therefore, we suggest trying one of these drinks.
Firstly, they are very tasty, and secondly, to prepare them, you need to be confused a little more than just press the button of the coffee machine. One of them has a little whiskey, and nothing cheers up like a whiskey in the morning!
1. Cold Irish coffee
You will need:
- Black coffee – 1 glass
- Sugar – 1 Tsp.
- Cream – ¼ cup
- Whipped cream – 2 tbsp. l
- Ice – 3 pcs.
- Irish whiskey – 60 ml
- Ground nutmeg to taste
– Mix hot coffee, cream and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly.
– In a tall glass, put 1 tablespoon of whipped cream and pour the coffee. Add ice and whiskey. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
2. Mocha with white chocolate
You will need:
- Milk – 500 ml
- Freshly brewed coffee – 500 ml
- White Chocolate – 55 g
- Cinnamon sticks
– Coffee can be prepared in advance, but it is important that it remains warm.
– Mix the milk, chocolate, broken into pieces and cinnamon. Put on medium heat. Boil until chocolate is completely melted.
– Pour in the coffee and stir.
3. Coffee “Raffaello” with espresso
You will need:
- Espresso – 2.5 st.
- Coconut liqueur – 3 tbsp. l
- Cream 10% – 2 tbsp. l
- Whipped cream to taste
- Coconut chips to taste
– Prepare a strong espresso.
– Rinse the cups with thin walls with hot water. In each, put the coconut liqueur, warm cream, pour espresso on top.
– Decorate with whipped cream and coconut chips.
