Preparation: put the ingredients on the toasted bread and cover with the second piece. Cook on the grill until golden brown and until the cheese is melted (2-3 minutes each side).
Sandwich with salmon and avocado
Salmon (mackerel, tuna) canned -1 Bank (without oil)
Carrots – ½
Celery – 1 stalk
Low-calorie mayonnaise (or unsweetened yogurt) – 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper – to taste
Rye bread – 3 slices
Tomatoes – 2 PCs.
Lettuce – 10g
Avocado – ¼ PC.
Preparation: bake the bread (or in a very hot oven for 5-10 minutes or in the toaster). Carrots grate on a very fine grater. Celery finely chop. Pink salmon chop with a fork. Stir carrots, celery and pink salmon. A few pinches of carrots to leave for decoration. Add mayonnaise (or yogurt), salt and pepper to taste.
Tomatoes cut into 12 slices. Avocado peeled, cut into halves. Cut 12 thin slices (1/4 avocado). Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.
