Preparation: in a pan fry the slices of bread on one side. On toasted side smear mayonnaise. Fry bacon until golden brown. Remove from the pan and blot with paper towel to remove excess fat. Preparation: put the ingredients on the toasted bread and cover with the second piece. Cook on the grill until golden brown and until the cheese is melted (2-3 minutes each side).

Ingredients:

Salmon (mackerel, tuna) canned -1 Bank (without oil)

Carrots – ½

Celery – 1 stalk

Low-calorie mayonnaise (or unsweetened yogurt) – 1 tbsp

Salt and pepper – to taste

Rye bread – 3 slices

Tomatoes – 2 PCs.

Lettuce – 10g

Preparation: bake the bread (or in a very hot oven for 5-10 minutes or in the toaster). Carrots grate on a very fine grater. Celery finely chop. Pink salmon chop with a fork.
